My background has been in electronics since I was a child in the sixties and added computers since the mid-eighties.  I currently work in the broadcasting industry and now have started Home PC Repair to meet the consumers need for a fair priced and honest computer repair business.  Just call any brand named computer repair center in town and ask them about their rates!  I can do the same thing for less! I'm just as knowledgeable and extremely more reasonable with my rates.  I have been repairing computers since 1988, back in the good 'ole DOS days,  Remember DOS?  Then came Bill Gates and Windows.  Windows 3.11 was the first real workable GUI (graphical user interface) which made computers easier to use and  more intuitive for the end-user.  You just click and drag with a device called a mouse.  So much easier then typing commands at a DOS prompt!  Microsoft then released Windows 95 and just a few years later Windows 98.  Networking started to take off with these Operating systems and the internet was being introduced as the worlds next greatest wonder.  The computer explosion was taking place.  That's when I purchased the name Home PC Repair.com.  But the responsibilities of raising my family took priority and so I just held on to it hoping one day to use it. 

Then the next OS, Windows 2000 - Home, Professional and Server versions, were released based on the popular Windows NT Operating system which was used mainly for large business platforms.  To compliment the stable server platform in Windows 2000 server, Windows XP was introduced.  It offered a slicker look then windows 2000.  In an effort to expand to medium and small business's Microsoft released an even more powerful and economical Windows 2003 server model and Then Vista and just recently Windows 2008 server.  My background has been in electronics since I was a child in the sixties and in computers since their mainstream inception in the mid-eighties.  Now, my son has also become computer geek and also wants to earn some honest money.  So we have teamed up to provide our customers the best of the new and old.
